We stand by the quality of our Dermatologist-recommended formulations. Below are the precise guidelines and processes for returning a product or initiating a refund if things don't go exactly as planned.

We at Brownsugar have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results with Dermatologist-recommended formulations. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return a product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
Wrong Product
You received a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged Product
The product arrived damaged or leaked during transit.
Expired Product
The product received has passed its expiry date.
Empty Package
You received a package with nothing inside.
How to Initiate a Return
Reporting the Issue
In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at help@beBrownsugar.co or contact us at 7017100603 requesting return/replacement, along with relevant documentary proof such as pictures and relevant emails, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product.
Empty Package Claims
In cases where you have received a package which seems without weight in the first instance, please record a video of unboxing of the package by you to serve as valid proof.
Cancellations
Orders once shipped out of our dispatch facility cannot be cancelled.
However, orders which have not yet been shipped can be safely cancelled from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Resolution & Processing
Request Review
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive to pick the order up directly from your doorsteps.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will officially initiate a refund within 24 hours.
