Brownsugar delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after receipt. Delivery by our logistics partner usually takes 2 to 10 days.
Major Cities
Customers in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 days.
Variables
Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities.

Undeliverable Pin Codes
We check deliverability to your location based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and also subsequently. In case you are able to place your order and subsequently the Pin Code becomes unserviceable, we will cancel your order and refund your money (in case of pre-paid orders) within 48 hours.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
Cash on Delivery Fee
An additional ₹40 shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders to process the handling fee on behalf of our logistics delivery partners.
Damaged / Different Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at help@beBrownsugar.co or +91 9772346555; refer to our Return Policy. Delivery partners will not be able to assist in such cases.
Order and Address Handling

- !Address AccuracyEnsure full and correct addresses including Pin Code are provided. Each order ships to a single specified address.
- !No Changes Post-PlacementOrders and addresses cannot be changed post-placement of order. Please verify carefully before checkout.
- !Order CancellationIn exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability, and refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48 hours of cancellation.

Couriers and delivery partners make three delivery attempts. On failure, we'll contact you to arrange delivery before the package is returned to our fulfillment facility.
Multiple Products
